He switched locales because there were other babies in more serious condition that needed his place in the Transitional Care Nursery at Women's. A spot opened up at St. Mike's and he was transferred over at around 2:45pm (Nov-15-2006).
Aidan got first-class treatment as he travelled by ambulance and a nurse from Women's went along to make sure he was okay! Now, at St. Mike's, Aidan's got a spot right in the centre of the Level II Nursery where everyone can see him when they walk in. He's not even a week old yet and he's already getting the celebrity treatment!!! Aidan, what are we going to do when you come home....?? :)
