Aidan & Kalen - November 12, 2010 - My Birthday, Part 3: Lighting of the Giant Santa
This was Kalen's first "lighting of the Giant Santa" here in Manchester.
What a perfect way to end my birthday celebration!!!
Aidan - November 12, 2010 - My Birthday, Part 2: My Official 4th Birthday Party!!
So my "official" birthday party started with a trip to the Mini-Art Club at the Manchester Art Gallery with Elysia.
Then, came time for the party at my house!!
This was my invitation to Andrew, Elysia and their family.
As you can tell, it was a themed party. What kind of theme do you think it was?
That's right! A piRRRRRRRRRRRRate themed party!! A-hoy mateys!
We had pirate-themed plates and food boats...
... a pirate-themed cake and cupcakes that my mom made...
... and treasure map cupcakes that Elysia and Andrew made for the party!
I wrote this poster for the party...
... and my mom made the pirate shapes and streamers!
This is what the grown-ups ate...
... but this is the cool food that WE ate!
Then it came time for my birthday cake and song.
Make a wish!
I wished that I could eat all the icing on the cake with my finger. Hey! It came true!!
Then it came time to open the presents!
What a fun day!! And it's not over yet.....we still have to go see the lighting of the giant Santa at the Manchester Town Hall!! See you there!!
Aidan - November 8, 2010 - My (early) Birthday!!
My dad had to go to London on November 9th (my real birthday) so we celebrated my birthday one day early!
We went to Pizza Hut for dinner (my choice). Kalen seemed to enjoy it!
This was my birthday cake!

I am now 4 years old!!! Happy Birthday to me!!
